It is completely ingrained in our organizational structure to cooperate with other stakeholders in all projects we do, which is completely obvious to us.
Rarely if ever will we act completely on our own without coordination with other organizations, not because we cannot, but because we are convinced that such an approach is pointless. We like to work with everyone, even with organizations where that is less obvious. From the youth perspective, you can think that cooperation with Ingrado, the industry organisation for compulsory education a passing score does not make sense, because they are opposite to us. But we don't see it that way. Not for nothing is Ingrado one of our most important cooperation partners for years and there are even more examples to mention.

We have given advice to almost all national political parties and also like to think along at the local level. As a foundation, we are strictly politically neutral: we do not distinguish between parties or politicians. In addition, we always act transparently on assignments for representatives of the people, political parties and government officials.
Our board members, volunteers and employees are given full scope for their own political preferences and activities, provided they communicate clearly and publicly about this where possible. Within our organization, we consciously strive for a broad reflection of the Dutch electorate. We strongly believe in political pluralism, something we have unfortunately too often missed with similar organisations.
Cooperation is always the priority for us, in everything we do we try to involve other organizations, including youth organizations.
Nevertheless, there can sometimes be reasons why we do not engage in collaborations, for example when the organization in question clearly has a profit motive and we cannot properly account for the influence this has on the implementation of the project.
Also, in principle, we will not enter into structural partnerships with organizations abroad. Occasional advice is possible, but we receive subsidies to tackle the home-sitting problem in the Netherlands, not worldwide.
